The USNSC Vendor Exhibition will be held 23 and 24 June, 2010 at the US Shooting Academy (USSA), site of the US National SWAT Championships (see Directions for precise location). The Vendor Exhibition will be open to all law enforcement attendees and the invited public.

Exhibiting vendors will be allotted two 6ft tables, two (2) chairs, and a 10ft x 10ft area within a tented hardstand at. The venue will be central to the USNSC competition area and ranges. Vendors may set up their exhibits from 8:00am-10:00am Wednesday, 23 June. Staff will be available to help with move-in and set-up upon request. Electricity can be available with prior coordination (indicate on registration form). Food will be available on site adjacent to the Vendor Exhibition. Vendors will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their products on a range with prior coordination.

Exhibition Hours:
Wednesday, 23 June - 1000 – 1500 hours
Thursday 24 June - 1000 – 1500 hours
Friday, 25 June (not scheduled, optional day) – 1000 – 1200 hours

 
Fees
Exhibitor fee is $850 USD and must be received before an exhibition space will be reserved. Early registration discount for registrations received before 31 March 2010, will be $750.
There are no movement, set up or union fees at the USNSC.

Registration Refunds
The USNSC will refund registration fees for exhibitors canceling participation according to the following schedule:

• Prior to 1 April 2010 $800 refund ($50)
• After to 1 April 2010 but before 21 May 2010 refund $750
• After 21 May 2010 no refunds
  

Shipping and Transportation
Shipments of vendor materials/property are the responsibility of the vendor. They may be hand carried or shipped to the USNSC venue. Shipped materials should be sent to the address below, but may not arrive before 18 June 2010. The shipping address is:

Following the Vendor Exhibition companies are responsible for return/outbound shipping arrangements of their own property. There will be a secure holding area where goods can be kept until pick-up. All vendor items must be packed, labeled, prepared for shipment and a pick-up date requested from a pre-arranged carrier by the vendor before they will be accepted into the holding area. Neither USNSC or USSA personnel will pack vendor materials or arrange for return/outbound shipments of vendor goods.

All vendor materials/property must be shipped out of USSA NLT 25 June 2010. Neither the USNSC or USSA will be responsible for any vendor items left on site past the outbound shipping deadline.

Safety and Liability
Each person is responsible for his or her own safety while at the USNSC and on the USSA property. They are also responsible for acting in a safe and responsible manner. Companies, their employees, reps, associates and individuals participating in the Vendor Exhibition and any vendor activity/demonstration must agree to abide by all facility rules and regulations as a pre-requisite to being granted permission to enter the USSA and participate in the Vendor Exhibition. A copy of these rules and regulations can be obtained at the USSA administration office.

By submitting a Vendor Registration Form the registering company and all individuals associated with it, be they employees, representatives, volunteers, or others, agree to fully and absolutely absolve and hold harmless the USNSC, USSA their officers, employees, agents, associates and volunteers from any liability what-so-ever and for any reason in the event of their injury and/or death. Further, all vendor and exhibitor companies agree to participate in the Vendor Exhibition and enter the USSA at their own risk and accept the fact that neither the USNSC or USSA nor any of their employees or staff will be responsible for their collective or individual safety at any time for any reason.
