VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendor Exhibition
The Vendor Exhibition will be held 21 and 22 May at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Center (HRLETC), site of the 2008 US National SWAT Championships (see Directions for precise location). The Vendor Exhibition will be open to all law enforcement attendees and invited public. Vendors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their products on ranges with prior coordination.

Exhibiting vendors will be allotted two 6ft tables, two (2) chairs, and a 10ft x 10ft area within a tented hardstand at HRLETC. The venue will be central to the USNSC competition area and ranges. Vendors may set up their exhibits from 8:00am-10:00am Wednesday, 21 May. Staff will be available to help with move-in and set-up. Electricity can also be made available with prior coordination (indicate on registration form). Food will be available on site adjacent to the vendor exhibition.

Exhibition Hours
Wednesday, 21 May - 1000 – 1500 hours
Thursday, 22 May - 1000 – 1500 hours
Friday, 23 June (not scheduled optional day) – 1000 – 1200 hours

Fees
Exhibitor fee is $650 USD 1 January – 29 February 2008
The Exhibitor fee increases to $750 USD 1 March 2008
There are no movement, set up or union fee at the USNSC.

Shipping and Transportation
Shipments of vendor materials/property are the responsibility of the vendor. Materials should be shipped to Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Center, but may not arrive before 26 June 2007. The shipping address is: Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Center

Following the Vendor Exhibition vendors are responsible for return/outbound shipping arrangements of their own property. There will be a secure holding area where goods can be kept until pick-up. All vendor items must be packed, labeled, prepared for shipment and a pick-up date requested from a pre-arranged carrier by the vendor before they will be accepted into the holding area. Neither USNSC or Highland Ranch personnel will pack vendor materials or arrange for return/outbound shipments of vendor goods.

All vendor materials/property must be shipped out of HRLETC NLT 23 May 2008. US National SWAT Championships, HRLETC and the Douglas County Sheriff will not be responsible for any vendor items left on site past the outbound shipping deadline.

Safety and Liability
Each person is responsible for his or her own safety while at the USNSC and on the HRLETC property. They are also responsible for acting in a safe manner. Companies, their employees, reps, associates and individuals participating in the Vendor Exhibition and any demonstrations must agree to abide by all facility rules and regulations as a pre-requisite to being granted permission to enter the HRLETC and participate in the Vendor Exhibition. A copy of these rules and regulations can be obtained at the HRLETC administration office.

By submitting a Vendor Registration Form the registering company and individuals associated with it, be they employees or others agree to fully and absolutely absolve and hold harmless the USNSC, HRLETC and Douglas County their officers, employees, agents, associates and volunteers from any liability what-so-ever and for any reason in the event of their injury and/or death. Further, all vendor companies agree to participate in the Vendor Exhibition and enter the HRLETC at their own risk and accept the fact that the USNSC, HRLETC and Douglas County nor any of their employees or staff will be responsible for their collective or individual safety at any time for any reason.
