The USNSC has arranged for hotel room blocs at discount rates for individuals associated with the USNSC and USSSC competitions. The Renaissance Hotel Tulsa will be the Headquarters Hotel for 2010. It will be the site of Team Check-in, Team Reception and Awards Banquet.

Below hotels are official USNSC hotels and contact numbers. Hotels will honor the listed rates until 21 May 2010 as long as rooms are available. After 15 May room rates will increase. Teams are encouraged to reserve their rooms early as the number of discount rooms are limited.
